Welcome to Signally! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Signally web application (the “Service”), operated by Signally (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, streaming radio stations, or otherwise using Signally, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to abide by all of the terms, conditions, and policies outlined below. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If material changes are made, we may display a notice on the Service or send you an email notification. Continued use of Signally after those changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content, logos, graphics, software, and underlying code used on Signally (“Content”) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the Content and the Service as a whole.
- You may not remove, obscure, or modify any proprietary rights notices (copyright, trademark, etc.) on any portion of Signally.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or modifications you provide to us become our property, and we may use them without restriction.

Signally may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (“Third-Party Content”). Those links are provided only as a convenience. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any Third-Party Content. Your interaction with any Third-Party Content is solely between you and the third party. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
